Grupo Acerero is a member of the US Green Building Council: This organization grants the LEED certification in energy efficiency and sustainable design (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) to buildings and communities whose design, construction, maintenance and operation contribute to the conservation of the environment worldwide.
The use of our products such as: Arma-GASA Armor, Wire Rod, Rebar Frameworks, MS-60 Rebar, Corrugated Rebar and Welded Mesh in constructions provides points to obtain one of the four levels of the LEED certification.

GRUPO ACERERO has the environmental product declaration (EPD), generated throughout the life cycle, which is registered in the International Voluntary Program EPD System®.
