WASTEWATER TREATMENT
In order to eliminate metal and oil residues, we treat all the wastewater from the steel mill and the rolling process for reuse.
SMOKE CONTROL
The purpose of the smoke plant is to control the emission of smoke into the atmosphere, where the dust generated by the electric melting furnace and the refining furnace is processed and concentrated.
MONITORING OF USED OIL AND IMPREGNATED TEXTILE
To ensure that our manufacturing process does not cause environmental damage, we have a procedure for control and collection of waste oil and impregnated textiles.
SLUDGE THICKENING
During primary and secondary cooling, a scale is released from the billets that falls into the water and contaminates it. The water is recovered in the scale pit where the scale is extracted with the help of a machine. Later it flows towards sand filters and then passes to a sludge thickener in which it finishes cleaning through a sedimentation process.
